Welcome

Taking the decision to enter therapy is not always easy, and finding the right therapist can feel daunting.

As talking therapy becomes more common, it’s worth thinking about what kind might suit you, and whether a therapist feels like the right fit for your needs.

I hope the information here is a helpful place to start.

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist, qualified to work with adults. I offer once-weekly therapy sessions (50 minutes) in person or online.

My Practice

Many people go through times in their life when they feel worried, depressed or anxious. The origin of these feelings are often complex and hard to pin down.

Psychotherapy gives you a space in which you can explore the underlying causes of your emotional difficulties.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy goes further, in that it seeks to understand the deeper, often unconscious roots of those difficulties.

Locations

Sessions take place either online or in-person in my consulting rooms in Islington, North London.
